This reversible end grain maple board is elegant and the perfect addition to a serious chef’s kitchen. End grain cutting boards provide the hardest but most durable cutting surface. The end grain part of the wood is extreme resistant to wear while being very gentle on your knives. End grain allows your blade to cut with the wood fibers versus across them allowing your knives to stay sharp. Care Instructions

Recommend cleaning with warm, soapy water and drying immediately afterward. Maintain with mineral oil, board wax, and or board butter every month to keep wood from drying.
