This reversible Maple board is elegant and plenty useful for any chef. Made from superior grade American Hard Maple, this hardwood is easy on knives but also durable. Maple is known for it for its hard surfaces, making this the most durable wood for a cutting board.

Care Instructions

Recommend cleaning with warm, soapy water and drying immediately afterward. Maintain with mineral oil, board wax, and or board butter every month to keep wood from drying.
